No Promise of Specific Marketing Outcomes

SEO GLIDERS works to improve clients’ online presence through suitable digital marketing and optimization strategies. However, no specific search engine position, volume of website visitors, number of leads, advertising performance, conversions, or sales can be guaranteed.

Results may vary because of search engine updates, market competition, advertising platform changes, available budgets, website performance, and customer behavior. Not achieving a particular ranking, lead target, or commercial result does not by itself establish eligibility for a refund, subject to contractual obligations and applicable legal rights.

Applicable Law and Legal Rights
